Did not joy it at all. We had A cheeseburger with everything a ham Burger with bacon and a chicken sandwich with fries. It look like it was just thrown together. A piece of lettuce and a hunk of onion is considered everything on a cheeseburger I guess. My son's bacon Burger had little scraps of something thrown on it and it was just ugly. My other son hurt a tooth eating a chicken sandwich. The food was not good at all. The shakes were good and that is all. I will never ever go back there again! That was my 1st time and my last time
They always get my order wrong, never include sauce, and the customer service is sub-par. The food is pretty good, but the cons far outweigh the pros. Hopefully, they can work the kinks out eventually with their staffing and turn this place around.
It's hard to beat the prices and the food is really tasty. This place will continue to be a regular stop for lunch when I'm in the area, for sure. Not wild about all the Styrofoam, but that's a corporate deal.
If you want a charred piece of meat, if you want your order to be wrong, if you want an employee to be dismissive or if you want NOTHING TO BE RIGHT ON YOUR ORDER, this is the place to go. Don't waste your time or money on this place. It started off fine but now I think they have just stopped training their new employees. If you ask for something to be added to something its not usually on, like... bacon to a quesadilla for example they pretty much have to call over a manager. Then it still wont be on it when you get home, but don't worry you still got charged! Seriously if you don't check your order in the drive through it wont be right unless you legit just order basics. Even when you do the food isnt edible sometimes.
Best " huge hamburgers" in Jacksonville! Great prices. Very fast service. Best place lunch place 2 eat, best prices also. Highly recommend.. ≤3
