Clean rooms, affordable prices and a creepy night manager make this place a great choice to keep your heart rate up!
It's pretty standard... Nothing special...No special amenities.... Were no cups in room....Had to go to office... Rooms were clean
I gave you three stars because one I never have stayed here but, I have dealt with the customer service there and they were awesome.
The University Inn in Jacksonville is a comfortable, convenient and affordable place to stay. The rooms are clean and the property is well maintained. The staff is friendly and they make every effort to make my stay pleasant.
The front desk staff was very rude. They told us that we could not have visitors, and made it very clear that they are not welcome to swim in there pool. We asked to switch rooms so that our visitors could stay and swim. We were informed that even if we got a room with a double bed, they could not stay with us. They would have to rent their own room. Mind you this was a Tuesday and no one else is in the hotel. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
