Horrible experience! My wife bought the very first mattress they sold, $1600.00 to be more uncomfortable than we were with our old bed! We bought their top of the line mattress!!!!! Now he will not honor the warranty and blames everything on the mattress manufacturer! We didn't buy from them, we bought from him!!!!! Strongly recommend staying away from this place!!!! He takes advantage of his customers!!!!!
