Went to High School there at the old location that was torn down. Miss being able to see it for nostalgia purposes and for my children to see where I went to high school. Lots of lasting memories. Still even dream about the place! Too bad I was never there!
Really would not even give one star. I tryed to enroll my son here last school year and they rejected him completely. Its like they only accept the best of the best??? I Was in office trying to convince the principle for over an hour to let my son go to school there cause it was our school district, we were new to the area and I knew for his social life too it was important. I spoke with "principle" if thats what he is called for awhile trying to convince them he needed to be in school, and later in the conversation the principle had the audadisity to inform me that his children go there. I'm thankful I influenced my sons education throughout the year growing up cause I took him down to take the GED test, considering he was 16 and he scored so high on the pre-testing, the ed teacher I took him to paid for his test, he now has his GED and I'm greatful for that, but still disappointed in the way this school is allowed to operate I even took it above him and they took school side on it, I could not believe what I witnessed. With the way the world is nowadays.....God is bigger that's all I know these days
This was a great school when I went to it. I can't complain, I had excellent teachers that cared and prepared me well for college and graduate level education... enough so that I even received a prestigious Fulbright fellowship in college.
