Sorry place to live
Terrible maintance
The place is well kept and maintained. However the ower of the trailer park is truly crazy and is an alcoholic. She will call you at some of the oddest times and forget she even did and what was talked about. She even forgets when you talk to her when she is sober. She buys trailers that was meth labs and doesn't tell you that you are moving into what was a meth lab at one time and was quarantined at one point because of it. She also as one of the most ridiculous leases. She goes through maintenance men like she does her alcohol. Not to mention the fact that 1 day she will have a manager then the next day not and tell you to only talk to her then a few days later has someone else that claims to be the manager and that's the person you should be talking to. Like I said she is crazy and I think she is losing her mind. My family is so much better now that we left that place.
Its a decent mobile home park all the homes look to be in good condition and it's not very noisy. I've seen better and I've seen way way worse this place is middle of the road
I called to ask about availability on their trailers and the lady ask me about dogs the proceeds to be rude with me all because I have pitbulls and says that she would not rent to me because of my dogs and definitely not because they are pitbulls she was so so rude pitbulls are wonderful dogs
