This phone menu is ridiculous there is no way to talk with a real trooper unless you know his or her name
I wanted to ask a trooper for info & was stymied @ every turn think Al. can do better.The one star is for having an answering machine.To make matters worse when i clicked on; learn more it takes me to Google Maps

Called AHP TWICE to report an erratic truck driver. Call was placed near Gadsden. I gave the dispatcher exact location, using mile markers and exit numbers. Followed truck all the way to Birmingham (Because we could not pass him, due to lane swerving) and still no AHP in sight. Pitiful
