Best apartments in Jacksonville. I've lived in nearly all of them, Reserve, Grove (gamecock village), Candlewood, Eagle Point, and Pheasant Run. Even better than living on campus. Love my apartment and the staff, they've worked with us since the beginning! The new manager TJ is really great. Phone calls always answered, maintenance requests always handled, and they'll even respond to you via Facebook Messenger. They're improving the outside and the property stays nice and clean (I live at Park Place 1). Hope to keep this place until my higher education is complete.
Noise: walls, ceiling, and floor are quite thin. Meaning is that you can hear EVERYTHING! I can hear my upstairs neighbors phone vibrate when they lay it on any surface. Neighbors frequently throw parties and have a lot of people yelling, drinking, and even them walking/running around can be heard. The staff: is pretty good. However, their willingness to help does not have any indication to their ability to carry it out. I asked them to fix several thing, some of which took three months to fix. Facility: Wall have holes and are botched with plaster that was not properly sanded. The ceiling has holes and needed to be plastered as it caved in. Our apartment was not cleaned prior to us moving in; gross bathrooms, hair still on carpet from not even being vacuumed, mold on windows, and much more.
