Good drivers. Good food. Poor execution. Pizzas not made correctly and a passionate “this is what the franchisee tells us to do” response. Not impressed.

Good service and good food.
Its Christmas night & the only decent place in calhoun county open. It is packed in here so I called before I placed the order & asked how long it would take, the girl said 15 minutes. I placed my order online & got the confirmation email. I placed it at 4:29 pm, it said it would take 11-16 minutes.. Its now 5:02 pm & we are still waiting.. 31 minutes later. Im not upset about the wait, because I'm a reasonable person & I understand they are very busy right now but I have my 8 year old daughter & 5 month old son with me, was told & expected it would take 15 minutes & now I have a screaming baby because weve been waiting more than 30 minutes. Don't expect to get your pizza when they say if they're even remotely busy.
