Walked in ,had to wait 10 mins at the most,my number was called ,got licence reinstated,20 mins tops,,and I was out
When I got here they wasn't calling anyone back for about first 10 mins. After I got called back the lady back there was eating something and I couldn't understand what she asked because of mouth full of food. Then after that she got a text and she stopped and read and then replied to text. Then when she took pic for license she just snapped it as soon as I got up there. But I got my license coming so I won't deal with for few years. You ppl reading don't have option but go here if you live in area so good luck.
The guy at the front desk is very disrespectful! His tone, demeanor, and the way he speaks to individuals of color and hispanic ethnicity is shameful. Maybe he should be ridiculed for his speech Impediment. Even though he speaks English, you cant always understand him.Treated us ok, but definitely was hard to sit and listen to him speak and treat people the way he did.
If I could give them 0 I would. Very rude & they all have attitudes. We were very respectful & never once acted out but we're still treated very Rudely. Everytime we go they are the same. We needed different documents then we had, went to get them they would not accept them. This happened at least FIVE times! We eventually said screw it & gave up! We had to go back to get an I.D. a year later & they were still the same! We avoid it at all costs now! They really need a different system because it's getting ridiculous.
Worst state gov run place there is! Could all be done much better. Rude people and waste of money!
