Every time I have gone to this salon, they are very friendly and professional. The cuts have been fine (although I have not been for anything complex). They always make the visit pleasurable and that means a lot. You can tell they appreciate their job.
Today was my 16th birthday I had the worst experience it's to much to even try to type they are cutting an dying my hair for free tomorrow because I called the manger but I'm not gonna blame my bad experience on everyone it was one persons fault all together it's alot of nice people working there

The stylist was laughing and chatting with the other stylist the whole time and not really even listening to me tell her how I wanted my hair. Very unprofessional. Was told to go home and fix my hair and come back if I did not like the cut after it was straight. The cut is uneven and gapped up. Guess that is what you can expect with a 15 dollar haircut from someone who really could care less about your hair. Why would I come back so you can gap my hair up more? Will go elsewhere. Avoid this place. You get what you pay for.
I have been going to this salon for over a year! Every experience has been a fantastic one. I get my eyebrows, highlights, and hair cut here regularly. All of the workers have a smile on their face as soon as you walk into the door. My favorite stylist would be Shiloh Livermore! She has completely changed my hair and my eyebrow game. If you go, make sure to ask for her! Very clean, and very professional environment!
