The wash itself overall is great. My current disappointment is due to not getting tire shine when purchasing the top wash. This has happened to me a few different times. I would say out of the last 4, only once did I get tire shine. Sounds pretty, but that's why I get that wash. I plan to ask on the next trip if it's working and if not lower my wash and do the tires myself.
If your dirty your car is dirty give it a bath just like you would yourself
