Took a long time friends there to have his pickup diagnosed. The diagnose was fast as soon as they hooked it up to the computer. Parts were ordered and pickup was back to him in just a few hours and the problems were all gone. They certainly knew what they were doing, and were very nice.
Service is very prompt, and communication is their #1 priority. The owner has the patience of a saint, and took time to explain the process of the repairs to me. I'm looking forward to seeing where Jacksonville Auto Repair goes under Ben's direction.

Skilled mechanics, but they will run the bill up on you with over priced add-ons (like $32.00 extra to tighten a star screw on the inside door handle of my truck). I left feeling like I had been in the prison shower room. I won't go back.
