Went through drive thru and there was noone behind me. The girl taking my order kept asking anything else after everything I ordered... which I already knew what I wanted beforehand so it wasn't like I was being slow... then I get up to the window and she charges me too much for my food. Not only that but she throws my food at me and since she didnt put the lid on my drink all the way spills it all the way down my arm. Not one Im sorry or have a nice day. Pitiful service. I will not be back.
This is the worse McDonald's. The staff is not friendly. You can a complaint about the The manger and he is a smart*** and the districts manger is not much better. If we want McDonald's we go to lenlock or Anniston.

This McDonald's location is a very sad example of what one should look like and be like. From their dirty floors and tables wiped with dirty rags to their staff who seem more entitled than actually doing their job, this place is about as good as Wendy's on a bad day. Their business practice of shorting fries on a large fry orders is shady at best. When packed properly, there are as many fries as contained in what should be a medium fry. For a business that founded itself on fries and shakes, this is a very poor practice and goes against the basics of what McDonald's use to be, a great value. Let's not forget their slick little trick of putting junior beef patties on a large Big Mac. What's up with the night time crew? No receipts at night and the Frapp machines are always broken conveniently when the 3rd shift kicks in. Since this spot obviously forgot what a real McDonald's looks like, then here is a fresh reminder: CLEAN RESTAURANT, FRIENDLY STAFF, GOOD VALUE, NO BAIT AND SWAP TRICKS, PRIDE
I love going through the drive through for a quick bite to eat when we are in the area. The manager Lisa is so sweet and makes sure you are taken care of. I recommend this place for a quick bite to eat!
They have good food but don't leave before you make sure your food is in the bag.
